SUMMARY
Prostomium anteriorly truncated, simple. Buccal tentacles smooth. Prostomial dorsal glandular ridges absent. Branchiae 4 pairs. Branchiae composed of 2 or more types, includes both smooth and lamellate pairs, at least one pair basally flanged. Only last pair of branchiae clearly associated with a specific segment, all branchiae basally flanged. Paleae on segment 3 absent. Nuchal (post branchial) hooks on segment 4 absent. Notopodia all similar. Notochaetae all smooth, present from segment 4. Neuropodia present, tori of similar length throughout thorax. Segments 3–6 without neurochaetae. Number of pairs of thoracic uncinigers 12. Abdominal notopodial rudiments present. Anal cirri absent.
