SUMMARY
Prostomium simple. Buccal tentacles smooth. Prostomial dorsal glandular ridges absent. Branchiae 2 pairs, or 3 pairs. All branchiae similar. Branchiae arranged in transverse line. Paleae on segment 3 absent. Nuchal (post branchial) hooks on segment 4 absent. Notopodia with one pair elevated, on chaetiger(s) 11. Notochaetae present from segment 4. Neuropodia present, tori of similar length throughout thorax. Segments 3–6 without neurochaetae. Number of pairs of thoracic uncinigers 10. Abdominal notopodial rudiments absent.
