SUMMARY
Buccal tentacles smooth. Prostomial dorsal glandular ridges present. Branchiae 4 pairs. All branchiae similar or branchiae composed of 2 or more types, all smooth or include both smooth and papillose/pennate pairs. Branchiae in two groups inserted mid-dorsally, connected basally, usually smooth, rarely papillose. Paleae on segment 3 present, short, shorter than notochaetae. Dorsal crest absent. Nuchal (post branchial) hooks on segment 4 absent. Notochaetae present from segment 4. Neuropodia present. Segments 3–6 without neurochaetae. Number of pairs of thoracic uncinigers 14. Abdominal notopodial rudiments present. Anal cirri present, 1 pair.
