SUMMARY
Prostomium anteriorly truncated, trilobed. Buccal tentacles papillose, grooved along one side. Prostomial dorsal glandular ridges present. Branchiae 4 pairs. All branchiae similar, all smooth. 2 pairs on either side of segment 3, all with slightly bulbous bases. Paleae on segment 3 present, with two groups of 9–10 paleae; the palaea are straight, stout, narrow winged with slightly curved tips. Nuchal (post branchial) hooks on segment 4 absent. Notochaetae present from segment 4. Notochaetae smooth-tipped, pointed, winged capillaries. Neuropodia present. Segments 3–6 without neurochaetae. Number of pairs of thoracic uncinigers 14.
